Momento serving Meals from the Heart
It was such a privilege for the team to cook and make some special memories for the kids and their families and enable them to take some time to just sit together and share a meal. And for the families who weren’t able to make it to the kitchen, we left some tasty leftovers waiting for them in the fridge.
Ronald McDonald House provides a warm and welcoming home away from home for seriously ill children and their families travelling to Westmead for treatment. Today, the Westmead House provides a safe place to stay for around 2,500 families per year. Through their accommodation and support services, they strive to keep families together when life gets turned upside down due to a child’s illness.
Our Momento team really enjoyed their chance to give back by helping the families and children of this amazing house.
