RMHC – Meals from the Heart Visit

On Wednesday September 27, the Momento Hospitality team brought some sunshine and smiles to Ronald McDonald House Charities Greater Western Sydney , serving Meals from the Heart. It was such a privilege for the team to cook and make some special memories for the kids and their families and enable them to take some time to just sit together and share a meal. And for the families who weren’t able to make it to the kitchen, we left some tasty leftovers waiting for them in the fridge.
The team also played various games, craft activities and face painting, which the children absolutely loved!
Ronald McDonald House provides a warm and welcoming home away from home for seriously ill children and their families travelling to Westmead for treatment. Today, the Westmead House provides a safe place to stay for around 2,500 families per year. Through their accommodation and support services, they strive to keep families together when life gets turned upside down due to a child’s illness.
Our Momento team really enjoyed their chance to give back by helping the families and children of this amazing house.
