Hillside serving Meals of the Heart
Hillside participated in our first of three Meals of the Heart Program on Monday 15th October at Ronald McDonald House in Westmead.
Our Hillside team prepared a delicious range of meals and scrumptious desserts for the families and children of the house, including house smoked brisket, pan roasted salmon with salsa verde, chicken, roasted vegetables, rigatoni napolitana, salads, mini oreo and raspberry cheesecakes and orange and almond cake.
Ronald McDonald House in Westmead provides a ‘home away from home’ for families with seriously ill children receiving treatment at The Children’s Hospital at Westmead.
