Education is the key to reverse binge drinking
In 2018 The Momento Foundation donated $246,000 to a 5-year research project being conducted by Macquarie University into the drinking culture in Australia.
With the latest figures showing that 1 in 4 Australian adults are exceeding health guidelines on alcohol consumption, it’s now more important than ever to increase awareness of the consequences of binge drinking and to develop an educational program to change attitudes and behaviours.
