Momento Hospitality are seeking experienced bar attendants and cocktail gurus., who are passionate about providing the highest levels of customer service and excited about working for one of the best hotel groups in Sydney

Our venues accommodate everything from casual drinks with friends, to the ultimate sports bar, a luxe cocktail bar, and an extensive wine and whisky collection

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certification (RSA)
• Practical Bar Skills Course + Cocktail Bar Course (or equivalent experience)
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• An outgoing personality
• Professional personal presentation
• Ability to multi-task and work with a sense of urgency
• Cash handling experience including reconciling takings
• Ability to work in a diverse team in a high pressure environment

In order to join our team, there are a couple of things you will need;

• An RSA and RCG Competency Card is essential
• Practical bar course certificate or relevant bar experience
• Customer Service experience
• Previous experience in a hospitality environment preferred i.e. café, bar or restaurant
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends and public holidays
• Ability to work in a fast paced and busy environment
