Penfolds Wine Dinner

We’ll be presenting a flight of Penfolds Selections – Penfolds Koonunga Hill Seventy Six Riesling, Penfolds Max’s Chardonnay, Penfolds Max’s Cab Sauvignon and Penfolds Max’s Shiraz. All Penfolds selections have been paired with a delicious 4-course dinner menu designed by Bella Vista Hotel’s Head Chef – Cemal Erdonmez. Our host for the evening will be Marc Gilchrist, Penfolds Business Development Executive. Marc will introduce you to Penfolds, the history of the brand, processes involved and also touch on Max Schuberts’ story.
Penfolds first Chief Winemaker Max Schubert dared to revolutionise Australian wine making. We celebrate his bold and passionate spirit with Penfolds Max’s. Each wine is polished and charming in character, expressing varietal cues, alluring fruit and structure.
