Sharon or ‘Shaz’ as we like to call her, isn’t your typical girly girl, Shaz fills her spare time with motorcross riding, camping and outdoor activities, you won’t find her in a nail salon anytime soon! Sharon’s hospitality experience has taken her from boutique restaurants to cafes, clubs and pubs. Sharon’s approach to food is simple, she looks for fresh, quality ingredients and ensures she is knowledgeable about the products origins and the process it takes to get to her kitchen.

Mum’s braised rabbit pasta

  1. Have you ever cooked for someone famous?

Ray Hadley, Delta Goodrem, Stephen Bradbury and Parramatta Eels just to name a few!

  1. What drew you into a career as a Chef?

I enjoyed cooking as a child and helping my Mum make family dinners

  1. What’s always in your fridge?

Parmesan cheese, Garlic and sweet potato
