Sustainability – Introducing ORCA at Bella
At Momento, we are conscious of the impact we have on the environment and are always actively pursuing ways to help shift towards a green economy.
We have recently introduced the ORCA system to Bella Vista Hotel.
ORCA, which stands for Organic, Refuse, Conversion, Alternative, is an innovate food waste solution with a vision to take every garbage truck off the road.
ORCA uses mostly air, along with water and microbiology to turn food waste within 24 hours into environmentally safe water that goes down the drain and is disposed of using the existing sanitary sewer infrastructure.
